    In Genshin Impact meeting with Lynette is a separate type of legend quests, in which you need to choose different answers during a conversation with various characters, make certain decisions and complete assignments to open all available endings.

    How to start and complete meetings with Lynette

    You can begin completing this quest chain after meeting several conditions, namely:

    • Have at least Adventure Rank 40. In separate material We have given tips on how to quickly increase this parameter.
    • Complete the Archon quest called "Masquerade of the Guilty", which is the fifth chapter of Thoma IV of the storyline.
    • Complete the Legends of Furina quest “The Little Oceanid” from the “Kapellmeister” chain.
    • Prepare 2 Legend Keys by completing exactly 16 daily errands (you can only complete 4 such missions per day). Let’s add that you can keep no more than three keys with you at the same time (plus, you can store one more outside your inventory), so you won’t be able to accumulate them in reserve.

    Having dealt with all the above requirements, open the “Legend Quests” menu and go to the “Encounters” category. There, find the necessary heroine and unlock a meeting with her.

    In this guide you will not find a detailed discussion of absolutely all the events that occur during this mission, since we do not want to spoil your impression of completing it on your own. We will indicate only the key forks, actions and decisions that open all endings. The material will also, if necessary, describe all the puzzles, provide answers to quiz questions, and show the location of important items.

    Remember that you do not have to start the entire chain from scratch to unlock each ending. You can easily go to any fork you need in the “Meeting: Lynette” window. Additionally, with the release of version 2.2, the game now indicates your previous selections.

    Note: Let’s add that during conversations with Lynette, you will probably notice a scale consisting of white hearts located in the upper right corner of the screen - it shows the mood level of the magician’s assistant. Its value does not directly affect the opening of endings, but if it drops to zero, the meeting will immediately end, which is why you will have to return to the last fork reached. Hearts can be lost due to rude behavior or choosing the wrong answers.

    Act I "The Cat and the Random Numbers"

    The picture below shows all the branches of the story that lead to different endings. It gives a general idea of ​​the meeting. Next we will take a closer look at all existing routes.

    First of all, go to the surroundings of the Debord Hotel, located in the southern part of the city of Cour de Fontaine. There you will find Lynette. Talk to her to start the Accidental Encounter fork. You can choose any answer options, since they do not affect anything here.

    This scene will last until Lynette has to make a choice: help Bonnie the cat or return to the buffet table. This prologue is the same for all endings, but starting with the "Resolution" branching, a branching plot occurs. All possible branches are discussed below.

    How does the Fate Meter work?

    However, before moving on to considering the branches of the plot, we will tell you about the operation of a new tool - the Fate Meter. It's essentially a mini-game that makes choices for you. Lynette names a number and suggests two actions. If the drawn card turns out to be greater than the hidden number, then you will go to complete one task, and if it is less, then another.

    Please note that the characters you meet can give various bonuses to checks. In the end, you may well try to draw a card that meets your expectations, but here you still have to rely on chance.

    In your first playthrough, you can easily use the Fate Meter in all situations to get a random ending, but in subsequent runs we do not recommend that you use it constantly, otherwise you are unlikely to be able to quickly open all the endings, since a lot will depend on the randomness.

    Note: However, in some events the use of the Fate Meter is mandatory. If you get the wrong card, simply cancel the Meeting, and then restart it from the desired fork to try your luck again and get the desired option.

    Ending 1: Amazing success!

    Fork "Solution" (Solution)

    Travel to Fleve Sandres (Fontaine Sewers) and go up the stairs on the right side. At the end of the platform you will find a stranger who will not be happy to see Lynette. Then Gillian will appear - talk to her (you can choose any answers).

    Next, go to the tavern below and start searching for the information you need - to do this you will need to pull out a card with a number above “12” or “15”. Every success will give you a clue, which will be useful in the future. If you make a mistake, you can simply replay this stage.

    Lynette will want Gillian to play the lead role and the play to return to the original script, but this could lead to serious risks. You will need to use the Fate Meter again to find a solution to the problem that has arisen. In this case, each previously found clue will give you +3 points to the drawn card.

    However, regardless of the result obtained, Lynette will still decide to perform the performance with a new heroine. It’s just that if it fails, she won’t tell the director about her plan.

    Next, you will need to find out who sent the threatening Letter to your friend. Again you need to use the Fate Meter and knock out a number above “10”.
