In Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) Phantom of the Ballet Twins is a quest chain where you will need to help old man Rhodes find out what happened to his granddaughters who performed in the Ballet Twins before both skyscrapers fell into the cavern. You will need to complete a couple of jobs and visit specific locations to start and complete the quests.
How to Start the Phantom of the Ballet Twins Chain in ZZZ
Before you can take on this line of missions, you will need to meet a couple of conditions, namely:
- Reach at least 34th Internet level.
- Take the special edition "Undercover Rat".
Once you've dealt with the above requirements, move to the Twin Ballet District location and go down the stairs. Exit the passage and head towards the statue, at the foot of which you'll find a guy named Hun with an exclamation mark hanging over his head. Chat with him to start this quest line.
Phantom Ballet I
Talk to Mr. Rhodes
After talking to Hun, talk to an old man named Rhodes, standing to the right of the boy. He will complain to you about the youth, who are constantly spreading rumors. You can choose any answers during the dialogue with him, as they will not affect the ending and rewards of the quest.
Next, move to the Bard's Needle on Sixth Street and turn the camera to the left. Opposite the entrance to your video rental store, you will find Rhodes - chat with him again. You will learn that the twin ballerinas lost in the Ballet Twins were his granddaughters. Their names were Odelia and Odette.
Complete the order "Scene from the Past I"
After finishing the conversation with the old man, you will receive a new mission. Enter your store, go to the office and interact with the HDD system. Then go to "Chapter 3", select the "Research" tab and find the task you need there.
The game will advise you to take ethereal and ice characters of at least level 32, but you can choose any pumped heroes that you have, since the enemies in this test have no resistance to certain attributes. A detailed walkthrough of the order is presented in our in a separate manual.
After completing the mission, exit the HDD system and go to the main room of the video rental store. Here you will find Rhodes, with whom you will need to talk about the recording you made. This will end the mission.
Phantom Ballette II
Talk to Hun
Wait until the next game day (use "Rest" and do the quick order "A Truly Deadly Trial" a couple of times). Then return to the video rental store. In the corner of the room next to the exit, you will find Hun - chat with him.
Note: If Hun doesn't appear in the specified place, then most likely another character standing here is interfering with him. Complete all the NPC quests that also appear in the corner. Then refresh the location, and you will see the right guy.
Hun will tell you that Rhodes left you a note. It says that the old man decided to personally go to the Ballett Twins because he noticed the shadow of his granddaughter on your recording.
Complete the order "Scene from the Past II"
After finishing the conversation with Hun, you will receive a new mission. Go to the HDD system, select "Chapter 3" and go to the "Exploration" tab. There you will find the corresponding quest. The game will advise you to take ice, fire and/or ethereal characters of at least level 34, as enemies are vulnerable to these elements.
However, in general, you can take any of your pumped-up heroes, with the exception of Electro, since the elite enemy Crazy Psycho is resistant to this attribute. A detailed walkthrough of this order is presented in our in a separate material.
After completing the mission, wait until the next morning, then go to the Balett Twins District and talk to Rhodes again. Tell him that his granddaughters were able to save many people on that fateful day, but they themselves were unable to get out of the trap.
Phantom Ballette III
Take a photo of Rhodes
On the next game day, return to the foot of the statue in the Balett Twins District at any time of day from morning to evening. There you will find old man Rhodes again - talk to him.
Note: If the character does not appear, try to complete several quests in the specified location, after which the NPC will definitely appear.
The old man will thank you and then ask you to take a photo of him against the backdrop of skyscrapers. Walk behind the statue and stand in front of Rhodes. Then take the camera in your hand by holding down the "F" key and clicking on the lens icon. Point the camera at Rhodes and take his photo as soon as you see the inscription on the right "Target detected"

Talk to the old man again, after which the mission and the entire chain will come to an end. As a reward, you will receive polychromes, Internet credits and various materials for pumping.
