    Ain’t Nothing to Fear with Honkai Star Rail: how to lose all statuses Haunting horror

    Leni

    In Honkai: Star Rail "Ain’t Nothing to Fear" is a hidden Bronze achievement released with the release of a new type of enemy on Luofu Xianzhou, the Howling Coffins. These mechanical monsters are capable of inflicting a special “Haunting Horror” debuff on a unit, without removing which, allied units risk being incapacitated during battle. Successfully remove the negative status from all allies and win the battle against the robot wolf to unlock a new achievement.

    From this guide you can learn how to find a mechanical enemy and what you need to do to neutralize the effect of the Haunting Horror on each squad member.

    In the battle against the Howling Coffin, along with the “Ain’t Nothing to Fear” achievement, you can unlock another achievement, “ Frankenstein’s Dog ", the method of obtaining which was described in separate guide.

    How to unlock the “Ain’t Nothing to Fear” achievement in Honkai: Star Rail

    The achievement "Ain’t Nothing to Fear" counts only after the battle is over, and if none of your heroes have a mark from the “Haunting Horror” debuff, which the monster Howling Casket can hang. If all conditions are met, a new achievement will appear in the “Thirst for Battle” collection, and for it you will be able to collect 5 star jade.

    Fight the Howling Coffin

    The fight with this large mechanical monster, made in the likeness of the Borisinites, happens twice during the story campaign " Duel under the azure sky I ":

    Later the robot will appear in different modes Virtual Universe, Hall of Oblivion, Pure fiction or Illusions of the end.

    In addition to story missions and endgame content, the Howling Casket enemy is encountered on -3 tier of underwater prison, southeast of the Molten Prison teleporter.

    The monster is guarding a luxurious chest, which we described in the guide to to all chests in the House of Shackles ( see paragraph 30 ).

    Win a battle by neutralizing all Haunting Horror statuses

    During the battle, the mechanical wolf is able to synthesize lupotoxin - in this attack, the monster poisons all members of the squad with the “Haunting Horror” debuff ( if they have a low enough resistance index ). The effect marks the infected special mark, which appears above the portraits of the heroes - this is exactly what we need to neutralize.

    If the condition is not removed, the character may fall under the effects of “Horror” and become incapacitated for at least 2 turns. In this case, the conditions for opening the achievement will be violated, but the opportunity to obtain the achievement “ Frankenstein’s Dog "

    Removing Haunting Horror is fairly easy: simply hit the poisoned team member of the monster that gave it the status. But it will not be possible to neutralize this debuff with the skills of the heroes - removing weakenings does not work here. You can hit with absolutely any attack, and the amount of damage dealt is also not important. In addition, here are a few more tips that will simplify the whole process:

    • The red mark from Haunting Horror poisons only those heroes who “failed the check” of resistance to effects. But this does not affect the conditions - you still need to emerge victorious from the battle with the mek without receiving statuses, even if there was only one character under it;
    • The robot is vulnerable to wind, imaginary and electric types of damage, but you do not need to rush to disable it - this way you risk defeating the monster before it activates the release of the toxin;
    • Once the characters are marked with the debuff, dedicate one of their next turns to attacking the wolf that applied the debuff. And only when all allies get rid of the status, focus on finishing off the enemy and his stamina scale.
    • The best assistants to the squad will be shield warriors (except Aventurina, capable of unleashing a bonus attack at the wrong time and breaking through the white stripe of the wolf with an imaginary element). And among the healers he will show himself the most profitable Luocha, which, under the ultimate, can heal others with a regular attack (and will also remove the debuff from itself).

    If all conditions are met in a victorious battle against the Howling Coffin, and no member of the squad remains marked by the Haunting Terror debuff, the achievement will appear on the screen at the end of the fight. It will be possible to collect for it 5 star jade.
