Mole in the Hole Zenless Zone Zero - the story of Agent Soldier 11. This is the general name for three orders and three mini-quests in which you will meet a member of the New Eridu Armed Forces and help her fight the traitor, Mister Mole. In this guide, we told you how to start the task and unlock all its parts, as well as get the “Who Am I?” achievement.

How to start
The agent's story becomes available at Internot level 18, after completing the task "In hot pursuit".

Use the video archive to proceed to the agent's story.
After a short conversation with the Shepherd, you will find yourself in the parking lot. Talk to the customer and in the first response, select the first part of the password, "Flame".
The girl will explain that her goal is to catch the “mole,” that is, the spy, in the cavern. To help her, you will have to pretend to be a proxy Phaeton.
Discuss the order with your brother/sister
There's no way to get back to the video store through the back door, so you'll have to go through the gate onto Sixth Street and enter on the other side.
Talk to your brother/sister and take the order.

Rest and exit the agent's story. Having reached Internot level 21, you can proceed to the next part using the video archive.

After talking with the Shepherd, go to the alley along the road behind Howl's newsstand. The girl will tell you that this time neither Mr. Mole nor the rebels will help you with the task.

Meet Soldier 11
After the introductory conversation with the Shepherd, head to the alley behind Howl's kiosk where you met Soldier 11 in previous quests.
After receiving the task from the agent, return to the video store and start researching.
Mole in a Cavern
Upon reaching Internot level 24, you can complete the final order of the story, and you can read its detailed walkthrough in our leadership.
Discuss the order with Wise/Belle
After completing the order, return to the video store and talk to your brother/sister to complete the quest.

Completing all parts of the story will earn you the following rewards:

Finally, completing all parts of the agent's story will allow you to receive the achievement "Who am I?" from the “Life” section and will give you an additional 10 polychromes.
