In Resident Evil 4 (2023) Destroy the Blue Medallions 4 is one of the merchant orders, in which you will need to find and break several pendants located inside the castle in such locations as the Main Hall, Dining Room and Armory. How to start the "Destroy the Blue Medallions 4" quest
Head to the room south of the Main Hall that contains the merchant. Examine the table on which the typewriter stands - on it you will find the desired sheet of paper. You will need to find and break 6 medallions located in the nearest rooms. Their approximate location will be shown on your map. For completing the request, you will receive five spinels.
Blue medallion 1
After taking the task, exit the room and turn left to the gate leading to the labyrinth in the Courtyard. However, before reaching the doors, turn left and turn the camera up - you will notice the talisman you need on the wall.
Blue medallion 2
Turn around and run to the Main Hall by climbing the stairs. Turn left near the chimera statue and go through the door. Immediately turn right and then left into the Dining Hall. Go to the far window on the right and you will see a pendant outside the window.
Blue medallion 3
Return to the large hall with the chimera statue. Behind her, next to the column, you will find a talisman suspended from the ceiling.
Blue medallion 4
In the Main Hall, go up the stairs to the second floor. Then take a close look at the huge chandelier hanging from the ceiling, and among its light bulbs you will notice a pendant that needs to be knocked down.

Opposite the chandelier on the left you will see a door - enter it and run along the corridor ahead to get into the Gallery. Once in the grated room, go through the grated door ahead and go down the stairs. As a result, you will find yourself in a spacious room with paintings.
Move to the far left corner, turn right, reach the wall and turn around to see another talisman on the column.
Blue medallion 6
Return to the Main Hall, go to the other side and enter the door on the top floor. Move forward through the corridor to get to the Armory. Here, turn right and on the upper tier look for a talisman hanging above the chair.
Then just return to the merchant's shop to receive a well-deserved reward in the form of crystals.
