In Genshin Impact The Sumeru Depths Shrines are ancient treasure chests that can be found throughout the Dendro region. In their appearance and structure, they are almost identical to the sanctuaries located in other areas of Teyvat. Valuable treasures are hidden inside them. To open them, you will need special keys. In this guide, you will learn where to find all these temples, and how to remove barriers from them.
Where to find the tombs of the depths of Sumeru
At the moment, in the Dendro region, you can find only 6 tombs of the depths out of 10 existing ones. Each of them contains luxury chest, for opening which you will receive 60 adventure points, 40 primogems, 10 Dendro symbols, 5000 pestilence and other useful items. We recommend that you also keep before your eyes interactive map of Sumeru to better navigate these tropical locations.
First Tomb of the Deep
- Location: Chatrakam Cave
She can be found north of the city of Sumeru, south of the nearest teleport. You can get here on the bridge, located south of the Alcazar-saray.
Second Tomb of the Deep
- Location: Vanarana
It is located in the western part of Vanarana, right on the border with the desert. The nearest teleport is located on the northwestern ledge.
Third Tomb of the Deep
- Location: Ruins of Dahri
It can be found a little east of the Ruins of Dahri and southeast of the desert settlement of Caravan Ribat. The sanctuary is located on a small ledge.
Fourth Tomb of the Deep
- Location: Port Ormos
It is located right next to the teleportation point, located northeast of the port town. After moving there, turn to the west and go down a little. You will immediately see the roof of the sanctuary.
Fifth Tomb of the Deep
- Location: Sobek oasis
It can be found in a gorge in an open area southeast of the Sobek Oasis. Just go to the place shown in the screenshots below and you will immediately see the sanctuary you need.
Sixth Tomb of the Deep
- Location: Dune of Tricks
The building you need is located underground. The screenshots below show its exact location. However, the road there is very confusing, so we will consider the whole path in detail. We add that before you go there, you should go through the quest chain "Golden Land of Dreams" to get the Red Sands Slab and increase the special Power.
So, move to the teleport east of the tomb of King Deshret, and then run forward through the passage. Once in a spacious hall, turn into the left passage. Go down the corridor, and then turn right and jump into the hole.
Once at the bottom, go through the triangular passage, go down the ladder and jump down from the destroyed bridge. Go down and to the left along the tunnel until you find yourself in a spacious cave. Then start climbing the slope and use the air current to quickly climb up. Ahead you will immediately see the tomb of the depths.
Seventh Tomb of the Deep
- Location: Break-legs valley
Leaving behind the “abandoned temples” movement point, we focus on the western ledge of the map. From afar, you can see a stone structure on a stepped ledge and the glow of a protective barrier. This place is called “break-legs valley”, so we use maximum caution. You can either run along the gentle slope of the cliff, as suggested in the original route, or fly over the gorge if you first got to the teleporter on its right side.
Eighth Tomb of the Deep
- Location: the land of the Three Channels
We are interested in the area in the lands of the three channels in the north of the desert. It is most convenient to fly directly from the point of movement indicated on the screenshot, first to the tomb, and then jump down and open the teleport under the mountain.
Ninth Tomb of the Deep
- Location: sands of al-Azif
Lost between the sands of al-Azif and Haj Nisut, the tomb of the depths is hidden in the sands a little better than the previous two, we advise you to first of all navigate according to the scheme on our route. You need to get to the boss mark Setekh Wenut on the right side of the map, go around the rock, under which the nearest point of movement is located and follow to the top of the hill, maneuvering between the stones.
Tenth Tomb of the Deep
- Location: Asipattravan swamp
Move to the teleport shown on the map below, and then turn right and run along the path forward. Soon you will see stone steps on the right - start climbing up them. Having risen, go along the cliff to the northeast, and in the distance you will notice the top of the tomb.
Approach the stone building, unlock it and take the deluxe chest. The exact location of the shrine is shown in the screenshots below.
How to get the keys to the tombs of the depths of Sumeru
We mentioned earlier that in order to remove the barriers from these temples, you will need the appropriate keys. You can get them in the following ways:
- Level up the Dendro Archon Statues located in Sumeru by collecting dendrocules. Thus, you will be able to get 6 keys at once.
- Raise the favor of the wise dream trees, located in Sumeru collecting Dendro symbols. So you can get 4 keys.
