Where to find precious chests in Fontaine
All you can do in the southern half of Fontaine is 42 precious caskets :
- 18 of them are ground-based.
- 20 – in the underwater part of the region.
- 1 - in the underground of Elinas, and 2 more - in the ruins of the Institute of Natural Philosophy.
- And 1 more, the last one - in the Annapauses region.

Precious chest 1
- Area: Beryl District (southwest).
Let's start at the marked location in the Beryl area: travel to the teleporter in the southwestern half of the island and go down to the beach.

Precious chest 2
- Area: Beryl District (southwest).
Return to the teleport above the previous trophy and follow the ruins north: another puzzle awaits you, but with 3rd perfume. We have compiled the solution to this riddle in separate guide.
Precious chests 3.4
- Region: Beryl District (northeast).
Two more prizes can be obtained during the solution hot spring puzzles : one on the surface of a boiling lake, and the other at the site of a battle with iron viscount. However, remember that this fight is not necessary, because you can sneak past the monster, collect the reward, and then go further along the water stream. - Region: Beryl District (northeast).
Next, move to the statue of the Archon on the island and run towards the beach with an anchorage: there is a riddle at the pier, the solution to which is already in the article about mysterious kernels.

- Area: Beryl District (west).
The next chest is located near the teleport in the western half of Elinas: move to the point indicated on the map and follow the path towards the boiling lake (3.4 chests) to the hilichurl camp. Clear the location of enemies, among whom there is a big lavachurl, and then go into the hut and loot the chest.
Precious chest 7
- Area: Beryl District (west).
Go back to the teleport from which you started searching for the previous trophy and go up the mountain to the north: in front of you will be a clearing shrouded in purple haze with With a bestial tear. This purple seal is a combat challenge in which you need to destroy the offensive hounds gap, protecting a mysterious ore similar to Condessence Crystal.
Take care to restore the squad's HP, as the wolves impose a debuff that gradually takes away the squad's health.
Precious chest 8
- Region: Beryl District (north).
Another clearing with the seal of the Beastly Gap, for the protection of which you will receive another precious chest, is located north of the previous place, and one of the closest teleports is located on the top of Elinas. Complete the challenge by protecting the mysterious ore from the attack of the rift wolves and receive your reward.

The last chest that can be collected in the land part of Elinas Island is located in the north of the territory: you will come across a field of lavender grass, on which there is a precious prize. - Area: Bello district (west).
The twelfth chest is located on the shore in the western part of the Bello region: you can reach it from the place with the previous chest, or from the teleport at the top of Mon Atoneki mountain.
To unblock a reward, follow the instructions:
- Go to the beach and pick up the hydro granum.
- Stand in the water and wait for a ring of water to appear around you.
- Approach the moisture detection crystal and fill it with energy, then follow it.
- Near the next crystal, destroy the phantasm and continue moving (this can be done in advance).
- Bring two stones to the last (try not to let the crystals out of the hydro-field), and then run towards the chest.
After all three floating units glow blue, the help of the hydrogranum will no longer be needed - the water level reconnaissance crystals themselves will fly to the precious chest and unblock it.

- Region: Bello district (north).

Precious chest 15
- Region: Cour de Fontaine region (northwest).
The fifteenth chest will be a reward for the battle with the Meks, who stand in front of the tower with a sharp spire northwest of the capital city. Move to the nearest teleport and climb the path up to the desired building, and then clear the area from enemies.
Precious chest 16
- Region: Cour de Fontaine area (west).
Continue moving from the place with the previous chest: go around the tower and jump down to the shore. Almost immediately activate the glider to simultaneously pick up one of the fairies in flight. A puzzle with fairies awaits you on the beach, one of which we have already found in the air.
Another creature is hiding under a block of stone not far from the phantasms: destroy the barrier and help her fly to her house.
And in order to find the last fairy, come to echolusk, lying under the tree near the chest and activate it: many blue rings will appear in the area, indicating that you can somehow interact with them. You need what is located in front of the water south of the fairy monuments (the location is indicated in the screenshot above).
Escort the last lost one and collect the reward. In addition to the trophy, you will be able to climb up the air flow for hydroculum.
Precious chest 17
- Region: Cour de Fontaine region (northeast).
Get to the island northeast of the capital of the Hydro region (the easiest way is to swim from the underwater teleport in the area indicated on the map). A hilichurl camp awaits you on the spot, and for destroying monsters you will unlock a precious casket.
Precious chest 18
- Area: Marcotte Station (west).
The last ground chest in the southern half of the region is under Navia line. Move to the teleport in front of the station on Erinys Island, take the aquabus and swim to the place we marked on the map: you will need to jump off the transport, and then under the water route to the place with the chest. To open it you need find 3 fairies.
First hovering over the rock south of the chest: walk across the blue field in the water and help the creature return to the house.
Second is located under the ruins on which the chest stands: jump under the water and then take the abilities xenochrome plumpness and swim up to the golden grate. Point the E-shka towards the blue crystal inside the dungeon - by hitting it with a wave, the device will open the passage and all you have to do is escort the fairy upstairs.
The Last Elemental Spirit flies in the sky north of his monument. Swim to the small ship (which we indicated in the screenshot) and climb aboard. In the bow there will be a couple of boxes, breaking them, you can enter the teleport - go up to the fairy and direct her to the altar.
By returning all the fairies to their houses, you will remove the lock from the precious loot box.

Teleport to the next riddle with fairies: in front of the transfer location there is a cave blocked by a barrier, and to remove it, you need to return the creatures to their altars.
The first The Missing Person spirit located south of the cave: find the sphere shrouded in vines and break it using your abilities xenochrome ostrobe (the creature is in an area nearby). On the way back, you also need to cut the obstacle in front of the fairy by attacking the algae net with an E-shka.
Second fairy hovers east of the cave: the creature will not move until you complete training with plump fruits (how to perform such activities, read in separate manual ). At the end of the Achievement: Challenger , take the rich chest and guide the spirit to the house.
And the last fairy will appear after defeating the meks near the rich chest south of the altars - defeat the monsters and return the elemental creature to its monument, and then take the precious reward.

From the teleport in the previous location, swim west to a small depression. We also advise you to find along the way xenochrome ostrobe : His skill is needed to free a fairy trapped in seaweed.

Travel to the dungeon in the south of the Salos sea plateau: in front of the dungeon there is the last underwater mystery core puzzle. You can also find its solution in separate manual.
Precious chest 29
- Region: Salos Sea Plateau (east).
The next point of interest is located near the teleport under the anchorage in the east of the Salos sea plateau. You need to swim left to the earthen bridge, under which there will be several stone blocks: find in the area xenochrome armored crab, take his skill, and then go back and shoot the E-shka at the obstacle. They will lie under the stones three boxes of pneumusia.
Turn around and swim to the ruins nearby: there you can pick up usii block. Use it to break one of the storage facilities, and then repeat the same steps two more times. When all three are destroyed, you will find a chest under the rubble.
Be careful, there is a large Armored Crab lurking under one of the storage facilities, which may prevent you from clearing the passage. The skill you used to break the stone blockage is very effective against him.
Precious chest 30
- Region: Salos Sea Plateau (east).
Next, swim east to the ruins with a tower, the top of which ends above the water. You need to swim to the tower and emerge from the water onto it. At the top there is a portal from which you will be taken to platforms in the air and will fight phantasms
Before entering the transport device, select a squad without hydro dd.
You need to defeat hydro creatures three times, and after each battle rise higher through the portals that appear. After the last battle, a precious chest will appear.

- Region: Chemin de Lesport (south).
The next chest is on the sand northwest of the ruins where we collected the previous loot box. There are two Bubble Fort puzzles to solve in this area. But first, find a xenochrome armored crab - without its heavy shield (short press E) nothing will work.
The fort closest to the chest activates after you hit the orange crystal. When the wonderful ball starts moving, swim into the ruins behind the ring and close the water drain that prevents the sphere from moving (swim there and use the skill with the shield).
The second sphere is located under the rubble, the location of which is indicated in the screenshot above. Also use the armored crab's talent, only with a long press - aim at the stones and break them. To make this ball fly into the fort, stand behind the ring and reactivate the hydro Hurdle around you - this will stop the flow that pushes the sphere away. At the end, loot the reward.

- Region: Chemin de Lesport.

Precious chests 33, 34
- Region: Elton Basin (north).
Get to the teleport in the Elton Trench, and then swim north. The location contains an area with a large number of hydro barrels, several enemies and one blocked rich chest. This is a combat test, after passing which you will receive two precious and one rich prizes.
Get ready to fight 2 waves of enemies : First with the Razorbacks and their mechanical versions, and then with the Plumps and Mek Patrollers. The challenge is complicated by the fact that there are a lot of explosive barrels around, which will also damage you.
