How to start a task

- Complete the daily quest "Garcia’s Paean: By Bearings" .
- Complete the daily quest "Garcia’s Paean: Easy Peasy" .
- Complete the daily quest "Garcia’s Paean: the Echo of Someone" (must be completed at least three times to get the "Principia Arithmetica" achievement).
Talk to Garcia
After completing the required daily quests, you can find Garcia in the same place where he treated himself to tea With You Mistress Kaya in the previous daily.
