The leader of the Borisintsy: Khulei in Honkai: Star Rail — an extremely strong boss who, according to the story, escaped from captivity and caused riots on Lofu Xianzhou. Where to find Huley
As of patch 2.5, the boss can only be encountered in a story quest "A comrade's shoulder, a weapon in his hand". We will most likely see it in the following updates of various combat modes: Virtual And Diverging universes, Hall of Oblivion, and also Pure fiction And Illusions of the End.
Characteristics of Huley
The boss has physical, fire, and wind vulnerabilities, as well as 20% resistance to other damage types and 75% resistance to Freeze, Imprison, and Bind.
It is also worth noting the enemy's enormous speed: with a normal value of 190 units of speed for bosses, Hulei's figure exceeds 200 units already at level 80.
Recommended characters
Taking into account the enemy's vulnerabilities and other features, we recommend taking damage dealers and support DDs with wind, physical and fire damage types into the squad. They should have high speed or supports that can increase it or advance the action of another hero ( Sparkle, Bronya, Robin ).
If you don't have such characters in your collection, then pierce commands and bonus attacks are good options: both options will allow you to slow down Huley's actions a little and reduce the amount of his Anger. When playing with hypercarry, it is worth taking characters that restore energy ( Huohuo, Tingyun): the ability to quickly build up the ult is also necessary to reduce the boss's Anger.
Finally, to defeat Huley you will need good healers or shielders to survive the powerful blows of the Borisinets.

Huley's Combat Phases and Attacks
The battle takes place in two phases. They are almost the same, except that in the second phase the boss gets one new attack. Below we will analyze all of Huley's skills - note that they all deal electrical damage.
First phase
Broken swords instead of fangs
Attacks one hero.
Chopped iron instead of claws
Hits one ally and adjacent characters.
Destruction of the roaring storms
Attacks the entire squad.
Wolf's Pursuit of the Glitter of Blood
Performs a powerful attack on one character and applies Haunting Horror. This is a status that requires attacking the creature that applied it to be removed. If this is not done, the character will receive the Horror status and will not be able to act.
Lunar brutality of the leader
After the enemy attacks the target, all monsters that can receive Moon Beast (Borisins summoned by Hulei) are inflicted with 1 level of Bloodlust. When the number of levels reaches 6, the creature receives Moon Beast. Levels are gained when the enemy performs an attack.
A countdown appears on the Action Bar when all enemies exit Lunar Blight.
Upon receiving Lunar Beast, Huley gains a significant speed boost and activates her next talent.
Wolf Howling at the Moon
During Lunar Beasting, each attack by Hulei or his ally inflicts 1 level of Malice on the boss. Each time the characters attack, one level is removed. When Hulei's Malice status reaches 8 levels, he uses "Wolf's Pursuit of Blood Glitter" and loses all stacks of Malice. When the characters' attacks reduce the number of status levels to 0, Hulei's durability is depleted and the number of status levels is reset to a certain value.
The flock obeys my roar
Adds Summon Pack to the Action Order panel. When Summon is active, Borisin Wolves appear on the field. When enemies enter Lunar Beast, Summon is delayed.
Second phase
The sterility of the earth's cracks
Delays all actions (both your heroes and those summoned by Huley) except your own and deals minor damage.
How to defeat Huley
Destroy the summoned creatures
With the skill "The Pack Obeys My Roar", Huley can summon small Borisins to help him gain levels of Anger and Bloodlust. When the Wolves appear on the field, try to use area attacks to get rid of them as quickly as possible.
Remove levels of Evil
After entering the Lunar Beast state, Huley will begin to quickly gain stacks of Anger - at this point, focus all damage on him to remove these levels and avoid a powerful attack. It is better to gain energy for all ultimate attacks by this point and use them, otherwise Huley's speed will not allow you to calmly use skills and basic attacks. If possible, remove all stacks of Anger to break through the boss's vulnerability.
Achievements for Huley
Both achievements that can be obtained by fighting Huley belong to the "Thirst for Battle" section and give 5 jades.
The Howl of the Lone Wolf
To get this achievement, you need to have Hulei get Lunar Beast while there are no other enemies nearby. When Hulei uses the skill "Lunar Beast of the Chieftain", get rid of other Borisins as quickly as possible. To get Lunar Beast, Hulei needs to get 6 stacks of Bloodlust; 1 stack is given immediately, the rest are gained by attacking the boss himself and summoned creatures. Commands from bonus attacks and counterattacks are good for completing this achievement: enemies will attack more actively, which will allow you to strike back more often.
Veiled moonlight
To get the achievement, Huley, having Lunar Beast, must not use "Wolf's Pursuit of Blood Glitter".
When receiving Lunar Beast, the boss starts gaining stacks of Anger - a maximum of 8. So you need to remove all levels or at least prevent Hulei from gaining them by attacking him as often as possible.
You can complete the achievement in the same battle and with the same squad as the first achievement: a large number of counterattacks will allow you to quickly remove the Anger levels.
